                Malaysia has achieved significant health outcomes, broad health services coverage, and
                financial risk protection since Independence. However, population health is facing significant
                challenges  including  an  ageing  population  with  increasing  burden  of  non-communicable
                diseases (NCDs) and an overstretched health system (16). The system faces new health
                challenges due to changes in lifestyle, urbanisation, and
                planetary  health  issues  such  as  climate  change.  These   Embedding BI becomes
